About: Founded in 1962, The Foothill Trail Club's primary focus and interest is the Conservation Trail which extends 180 miles from Pennsylvania through Western New York to Niagara Falls. The trail then connects with the Bruce Trail which runs into Canada. The Southern most miles of the trail are also part of the Finger Lakes Trail which runs across the Southern Tier into the Catskills. Hikes for the club tend to last all day and are 5-10 miles in length. The club meet and hike every weekend of the year. Guests and new members are always welcome.
