About: Housing the relics of the Twin Cities, Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, the history museum maintains more than 20,000 artifacts, with many related to the lumber industry, the Erie Canal and Great Lakes commerce. It was formerly the New York Central Railroad and Hudson River Railroad depot building from 1886 to 1922. Tours are free.
