Yoga Relax (WEDNESDAYS) 9:30am-10:30am (9/28-11/02), SIX WEEK SESSION)
This class is specifically designed to relax the nervous system, refresh the body and quiet the mind. Students can expect an increase in balance, flexibility and strength. Practice will include gentle postures, yogic breathing, relaxation and meditation. Participants are welcome to make up missed classes in any other session where space is available.
