About: Practicing meditation can be life changing. Ask anyone who practices on a regular basis and they will tell you, it's well worth the time they devote to it. This class will lead you through a series of gentle yoga postures to relax the nervous system, quiet the mind and prepare the body for meditation. We will explore breathing techniques to hone concentration and enhance the meditation. In addition, we will focus on tips for relaxing in everyday life, even/especially under times of stress. And...we will meditate!
